Ten months of oak maturation add buttery nuances, mineral depth and refined spice. Full, dense and structurally assured, with long ageing potential and excellent affinity with rich fish and roasted dishes.

Medium to deep gold, youthful and energetic. Juicy yellow fruit, ripe peach, clove and white flowers meet wet-stone and flint minerality. Dry, powerful and full, with oily texture, vertical tension and a persistent finish.

Rebula and Chardonnay are partly matured in French oak, while Sauvignonasse remains in stainless steel. Citrus, green apple and peach create a fragrant, elegant and beautifully balanced white with a poised, lingering finish.

The varieties are fermented separately; Rebula and Sauvignonasse rest on lees in steel, while part of the Chardonnay matures in large oak. Straw-gold, with ripe white fruit, spice, wildflowers and a pronounced mineral, full-bodied finish.

Cream, saffron and crème brûlée aromas meet high-tension acidity. Toast, cigar smoke, fine powdery texture and persistent mineral length create a dry, precise and highly individual white.

A field-inspired blend from the Haloze hills, harvested in stages and protected from oxygen to preserve fruit. Lemon-green, with citrus, white flowers, green apple, tropical fruit and white peach. Balanced, harmonious and highly drinkable.
