From 19- to 42-year-old vines at 150-250 metres. Fermented with natural yeast after 14 days on skins, then matured 24 months in French barriques and at least one year in bottle. Structured, nuanced and age-worthy.
Golden and refined, with peach, ripe pear and grapefruit, followed by pepper, tomato leaf, basil and Mediterranean herbs. Elegant minerality, intensity and a persistent finish support ageing potential of approximately twelve years.
Deep yellow and mineral, bottled without filtration. Noble aromas, fresh acidity and measured oak create a persistent, complex wine from fully ripe fruit, with exceptional length and a strong sense of place.
