The varieties are fermented separately; Rebula and Sauvignonasse rest on lees in steel, while part of the Chardonnay matures in large oak. Straw-gold, with ripe white fruit, spice, wildflowers and a pronounced mineral, full-bodied finish.
Each variety undergoes extended skin contact for approximately one year. Complex, structured and distinctly tannic for a white wine, with remarkable depth and the capacity to evolve for five to ten years.
Separately vinified varieties are matured for about 12 months in large Slavonian oak. Deep ruby with violet tones, blackberries, cherries and herbs. Medium-bodied, supple and long, with an elegant savoury finish.
Classic Cabernet aromas of blackcurrant, green pepper, cedar and mint. Full and generous on the palate, supported by well-integrated tannins, vanilla nuances and a long, harmonious finish.
Deep ruby with violet tones. Ripe cherry, raspberry, blackberry and mulberry are rounded by vanilla and delicate chocolate. Medium-bodied and smooth, with gently sweet tannins and a subtle Mediterranean-spice character.
Made by the Charmat method with six months on the lees. Pale yellow with green reflections, fragrant with lemon blossom, citrus and green apple. Juicy, lightly sweet and refreshing – ideal with cocktails, ice cream and fruit desserts.
A fine stream of bubbles carries lemon, green apple and citrus spice. Characteristically expressive Rebula, combining varietal intensity with lively freshness. A refined aperitif and a natural partner for lighter dishes.
Pale pink with violet reflections. Wild strawberry, cherry and raspberry lead to a fresh palate with hints of sweet almond and currant. Excellent with smoked salmon, grilled fish, octopus salad, cold plates and fruit salads.
Deep ruby and distinctly Brda in character. Merlot brings softness, Cabernet Sauvignon adds body, and Cabernet Franc contributes fragrant fruit. Refined, balanced and elegant, with a graceful, lingering finish.
