Rebula and Chardonnay are partly matured in French oak, while Sauvignonasse remains in stainless steel. Citrus, green apple and peach create a fragrant, elegant and beautifully balanced white with a poised, lingering finish.
From approximately 35-year-old vines, fermented and matured in stainless steel for around 12 months. Golden-yellow with green highlights, showing elderflower, almond and pine. Warm, smooth and refined, with almond and biscuit on the finish.
